Problem with eso plus rewards

For some reason daily rewards are locked out for me. I claimed the first reward almost the instant it unlocked. I was just looking at the daily rewards and there are three with the lock and it says they will reset before I can claim them. The same thing happened last month but I thought I might have missed a day. I know I haven't missed any this time. Is there a bug with the system or have I done something wrong?

You sure you haven't missed a day? If you're on NA it resets at an odd time, for me at pst it's at 4pm est is 7pm not 1pm I'm stupid lol. You probably missed some days without realizing it.

Mine resets at 7 pm est. I haven't been playing lately but I always log in right after work to get the reward. I was sure I hadn't missed any because of last month. And I can't figure out why it has the last three days of the month locked.

This. The lock symbol appears only if you have missed to many days to get that reward.

Also, I am pretty sure the daily reward has nothing to do with ESO+.

Yeah it only locks if you've missed days, and isn't eso+ related at all. Also I'm an idiot that did the opposite of what I was supposed to with converting the timezone lol

Oh I thought it was a plus thing. My mistake. But I've claimed each reward within an hour of reset. I should still have time to get them all. I think it may be a bug. I'm going to submit a ticket if I can figure out what category to put it in. Thanks for your help!

Yep! You were right. I forgot that we had a few days with no power during the last big snowfall. Completely slipped my mind. I must be getting old. Thanks for helping!
