Bar swap bugged

when playing battleground me and another player got a bar swap bugg
we were unable to swap to the second bar and because even after reloadui.
because of this we lost
ZOS you have to fix this !!!!!!
edit : it seems this bug has made me sprint all the time without the stamina cost
