Sometimes when a keep is 99% lost in Cyro, I’ll jump the wall and run away rather than die bravely with my faction.
Some days I just don’t want DC or AD to get my AP.

once when i was browsing the guild stores years ago, I accidentally bought 2 tomatoes for 10k. when they first brought in tomatoes and they were the must have thing so were mega expensive! when ever I loot a tomato now I still look at them in anger >.< 10k was a lot back then.
also once i was leading a raid in discord, got everyone ready and set to go... I was the only person to port to the wrong trial XD
I still cant remember the names of the two dragon bones dungeons. even knowing all the mechanics for both of them I just ant remember the names for the life of me, so when ever someone asks about it I always have to clarify if its the one with the big dragon bone boss or the dragon statues. makes me feel such a noob to ask.
another time in WGT we were going for a no death run. well something happened in the room IRL and my character just walked right off the edge of the walkway ( the one up the hill towards the planar boss)
last week farming blessed crucible I had about 4 runs in a row where i kept missing the first bridge to walk across before the first boss... I'm sure someone kept moving it >.<
there is probably a lot more but these are off the top of my head
I once ganked a lone red fishing in the IC - he was all alone and totally focused on the rod. I came up and ganked him from behind.
I still feel bad about it to this day! Apologies, red fisherman, if you still play! Blood was up and everything not a banana was a target - it was nothing personal!

I joined in mid-year Mayhem, but I rarely go to Cyrodiil, so like you do, I just joined a large group and galloped around with them, I was doing well, learning loads and then we had a few leave the group. There were people in zone chat lfg, but they weren't getting invited. 'This is odd' I thought, then a couple of people were posting in group chat to 'invite ppl' and so on. Also I wasn't sure where we were supposed to be going, I was following the crown, but it didn't seem to be going anywhere. Someone said 'shall we just start another group?' and I said 'Yeah' and then it slowly and horrifically dawned on me that I had somehow inherited the crown. I had been leader for at least 20 minutes and leading my team around and around in a circle whilst ignoring their increasingly desperate pleas for me to invite others to the group.
I apologised profusely of course, then panicked and gave the crown to a random group member who yelled 'I don't want it!' I burned with embarassment for days afterwards and when that particular character went back to Cyro she was heavily disguised

When I first started playing(roughtly 4 years ago) I thought the little weapon charge indicator on my screen meant that I was a dps and was frustrated that I couldn't get it off my screen for a couple of weeks after seeing it...

All of a sudden there was this massive spider on my desk. I did the only thing I could do in this situation - I ran away and hid inside my closet until the danger had passed.
When I got back I explained the incident to my group mate. He found it rather amusing until something occurred to him: I am scared of spiders ergo I must be a girl.
When he asked me if I was in fact a girl, I just said yes (even though I wasn't). I was just so embarrassed about being afraid of a spider ( it was a huuuge one though).
Anyways once we'd finished grinding I thought I could forget about the entire thing...but a couple hours later he whispered me again.
"Heyyyy, you wanna come on Skype?"
Suffice to say I didn't play eso for a couple weeks after that.
Edit: I feel sorry for girl gamers.
