ZOS.. can you get the team to fix this skill morphing issue, please..!!!

ZOS team and the developers/designers, despite all the shitt and crapshoots plaguing the game, you guys are still appreciated (well, except for crown crates; I still hate all you guys for that.) It is duly appreciated that there are continuing new contents being released into the game periodically and as scheduled; especially the double XP events. I can't fathom how much there have to take to maintain this game with all the contents have been installed thus far. This game has gotten so immense, but it is good. There are just so much things to do and get done and not even talking about questing. Well, kudos, overall.

Anyways, the pleasantry is done. Now, can you guys please get this shitt skill leveling/morph bug fixed! Skill leveling and morphing have been broken for many moons and months now and still all jacked up. Ok.. for console/PS4; not sure about Xbox or PC. During these double XP events, it is awesome to level skills and new toons. However, and I don't really know the best way to detail or express this. Ok.. when a skill is ready to be morphed and says so on the screen, but you can't; because, on the actual skill line, it hasn't reached the end of the bar. You either have to log out and relog back in, or travel to a different zone, and then, that skill in the skill line can be morphed.

Now, this puts a big damper when you're in a dungeon, delve, dolmen, or trials, whatever, when it is not beneficial to travel away or log off. You're then forced to continue on and complete whatever you're on until you can travel or log off. The issue here is you lose a lot of XP that could've went into the morphed skill. If you're running a random dungeon, that's 100k XP lost. So, during a double XP event such as this current New Life Festival, that's 200k XP (250-300k and more with XP potion or scrolls) wasted that could've went into the new morphed skill, if it had been able to be morphed without having to log off or travel elsewhere. There have been countless times where I had to log off or travel elsewhere to morph a skill and then return to a dolmen before I pull the final pinion, or to a delve. Some times, when I returned to the dolmen, someone else had already pulled it; it just a big lost of XP.

This needs to be fixed fast and soon. Just losing ungodly amount of XP from not being able to readily morph a skill right on the spot as normal; as well as not being able to use the morphed skill right then and there.

    This happens on Xbox, too. It's as if the extra XP bonus earned from the event is not being completely updated as far as the UI goes. You can do a /reloadUI and it works, or you can travel somewhere and you'll then have the ability to morph the skill. It's frustrating at times, especially when leveling up a new character during the event.

    Not at all, please... We all know if an issue is not crown crate/crown store related, it won't be addressed until months later; as this issue have been going on for a couple to few months now.

    Send /reloadui in chat is the best workaround without having to exit, or change zone. Minor inconvenience, but if you're dungeoning, a quick msg to group will help.

    If I need to slot change, upgrade a skill, or add a new one, I always tell the group. Most are happy to hold off a few minutes, it's not like you're trying to do this mid fight or during a speed run, are you?

    You don't have to do either...just type in /reloadui...and presto all your first world problems are solved...

    What? Wasn't this fixed with the newest patch?! For PC at least.

    Fixed an issue where some abilities wouldn’t immediately update in the skills menu when they gained experience.

    Dunno how they know it, but I've never had an issue with it on PC - however, note please I've only been playing 6 months.

    I believe ZOS needs to explain their leveling system better, and how the hidden achievements requirements play a factor.

    I have watched this as having a morph get enough xp to level but does not until I go make some new achievements. I have come to believe there is a formula they have on this, one that is not detailed in the game.

    Those of you stuck on a morph not being available, try traveling into new wayshrines and areas. After opening a few or sometimes one, the morph becomes available.

    Having hidden elements in a game can be frustrating. One of the worst I've seen was the original Jedi system in SWG, an hidden RNG on leveling up then changing class, rise and repeat for the hidden RNG target.

    Fortunately ZOS is not doing that but the achievement are being used without explanations.
    EDIT: I also think they are silent on this and similar threads as it's working as intended, we just don't what they intend.
