2. Give Wardens a skill similar to hurricane and have ice shards surrounding the player dealing ice damage (based on max stam to match #1 above)
3. Give Wardens stamina morphs for other winter's embrace skills for dealing ice damage
4. Give Nords a +7% buff to dealing ice damage

Within any area defined by being able to zoom in past the normal map, it will be illegal (or even impossible) to duel, mount, use pets of any kind. No pick pocketing or blade of woe, no abilities with visual effects.
I propose each zone gets it's own dueling/small scale arena with its own way shrine. Consensual pvp for teams up to 4 per side in any wilderness location (any area not deemed to be within city limits).

They are referring to Bind on Equip. It would make the Bind on Pickup gear (such as the ones found in dungeons and trials) only bind if you equip it (such as crafted gear and overland gear).1 -

Add Motifs to all existing dungeons similar to DLC.
Style pages drop 100% chance on HM. Shoulders come from Pledge chest or rarely from trash in dungeon <As a reason to clear trash>.
Implement TTC search features into the game for the guild merchants. I don't want a full blown Auction house, but at least be able to search what vendor/zone is selling the item I want.Edited by karekiz on December 20, 2018 10:54PM1
