Infinite loading screens (more than usual)

I get this infinite loading screens when changing zones from time to time, but today i'm getting this ALL THE TIME.
I can't play, need help.

Welcome to the never ending story of Load Screens.

Right now from 15.00 to 20:30 there have been longer LS than usual.

Since beta I see this problem, but today after the maintenance is all the time.

Things I tried so far:

Reset all default configuration in all options menu.
Disable all addons.
Log different characters and try different zones.
Completely delete the entire "live" folder under Documents (making all configuration new)

The problem increased with the Murkmire update. Since Zos has yet to acknowledge how they made the in-combat bug significantly worse I seriously doubt they care about load screens even if you can get several load screens walking across a single keep.

I just left my computer on this loading screen and went for coffee. After 30 minutes, still on loading screen.
No disconnect, no message, no nothing. Still the loading screen.
