May it be petty or may it be large.
What annoys me the most is that 80% of people in this game don't know how to interrupt bosses. It's really sad.
How hard is it to press L2 R2? That's why people don't get better when they don't know basics.

AnonomissX✭✭✭✭Hamster wheel fails. The lag and the freezing up always makes me use bad words, all of them, all at once, with spit and emphasis.Ebonheart Pact, Nord Templar/healer on NA Xbox server. My main toon WAS a tall and foxy redhead - now she has been gamma-irradiated and has green skin and black hair. 3 other characters I only use for writs. Can't be bothered to create multiple toons - EXCEPT now my WW is getting spooled up for Cyrodiil - Blood For The Pact! IRL cranky sometimes redhead chick at large in Las Vegas, NV9 -

qbit✭✭✭✭✭I don’t have an L2 and R2 key. And it was never really explained. Took me several months to realize what I considered a “bash” worked at a distance to interrupt. Not totally intuitive.
What annoys me is when a boss requires interrupting a mechanic and the 4+ year elitist keeps telling you to interrupt but you don’t know what that means. Then you get insulted by some autist without a life. Called a potato and an idiot etc.3 -

20 keys for the meta shoulders and 80 for the same shoulders in the proper weight. But at least I got divines when I got the light weight. Yeah having stuff like that behind an RNG is annoying.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭What annoys me the most are the MMO tropes.
I mostly play RPGs, and I prefer real RPGs: games that are basically books delivered in computer format where you are a character in the story and given branching choices that impact the outcome of the narrative. Very few true RPGs are made these days, so I end up making do with pseudo-RPGs. I picked up ESO because it's (sort of) an RPG and set in a worldspace I knew I would enjoy. The MMO tropes were, from the start, a turn-off to me. Some of it I've gotten used to, some of it I haven't. Those tropes remain what annoy me most about the game, especially when they get in the way of telling a good story.
Bots overrunning Camlorn when I'm trying to role-play through that story? Worst thing ever.
Designing an outfit for your character sucking gold into nothingness for no reason? Completely stupid.
Item sets in general, especially those locked behind group content and chance rolls? No reason for it.
Exorbitantly high costs for cosmetic items that help express your characters? Veritable robbery.
It's all sorts of little things. Little things that, apparently, are an industry standard in MMOs. It was immediately apparent to me what these MMO tropes are designed to do - addict people to the game. They are there to facilitate gaming addiction or compulsive behavior. And that is there to get you, the consumer, to spend inordinate amounts of money on the game. I like the narrative and worldspace in this game enough to look the other way on this, for now. In the past, this sort of behavior has been a solid deal breaker in terms of me supporting a game at all. It's unethical. And it's been getting worse, not better.5 -

Same. All kinds of load screens. The 5 minutes after a new update starting load screen. Character in and out load screens, have a lot of characters, and sometimes it crashes out. House load screens.
