Imperial City Kyne EU instance crashed and is not restarting

The EU Kyne Imperial City instance is not loading for everyone. It either crashed or was shut down on purpose. My char was stuck there for one day and other chars can`t enter it anymore.

PeterUnlustig✭✭✭✭This morning the instance was working, now its not there anymore, yet again. If you check the cyro Map IC is just missing. Is Zenimax trying to save up ressources by closing instances they don`t seem worthy at prime time?

Linking a map of IC from a 3rd party source doesn’t really help the devs troubleshoot the issue.

PeterUnlustig✭✭✭✭it is literally the issue. See normally there should be flags and stuff but it seems the map did not load and so does the instance. Its only that way when its primetime0
