Slow activating abilities?
Issue: I am trying to run skyreach as a magplar. As I go through, I am spamming my abilites which all work great except when I try to activate radiant ward or harness magicka. I have to sit there spamming them until they activate or to reactivate them. Mean while I have had to endure deaths because they won't activate.
I read a lot of other people are having issues with certain abilities not activating when you click them. I don't feel like I should be having to spam click a stupid shield, especially when I go to activate it the first time.
All my other abilities work just fine.

Nothing in game seems to be lagging behind
I have played around with settings and nothing changes.
Any ideas?
