While the guide is most certainly helpful in explaining what is required, it does not tell one HOW to get it started from Summerset! I am guided to a boat, but the boat does not take me to Eastmarch, and I do not see any way there from where the boat goes.

If you're in a guild, travel to a guild mate. You can always ask in chat for someone to go there and port to them.0
