Where to hand in charity writs?

I just finished my first charity writ, it says to hand it over but no quest mark... I transferred all my 12 writs to my crafter who didnt do all these event quest, does it matter? thanks!

✭✭Go to the spot where you normally turn in writs. In Glenumbra, for example, it's down by the docks, Alinor, around the corner from the trading area.
I noticed that it takes a minute or so for the markers to update correctly-- I've been doing mine in Eastmarch. I have to make it halfway across town to finally see the marker.1 -
Rygonix✭✭✭✭✭Unlike normal master writs you don't hand them in to the mediator once completed. You have to discreetly deposit it into the writ container that corresponds with what the writ asks for.
