Missing extra crowns from longterm subscription

So, trying not to get too distracted by that there is no "New discusion" button when viewing the website in mobile few... Anyone else still missing the crowns promised by the end of november for those with multi-month subscription? Got the old standard of 1500 crowns per month, and my crown total has not increased by a factor of 150 crowns as promised
Have tried raising tickets, but have not even gotten a confirmation email on any of those that someone in ZOS actually saw it. Not even the automated mail you get when reporting the same bot for the 3rd time in a week
