They dont care my friend. This issue has been going on for a couple years now. Posts like this get attention when they servers are at their worst and then they die down , only cause the players accept that the performance is crap.
So when players stop complaining the devs are ok with it. Its no secret zos doesnt care that much about pvp and people give them the impression that most of the player base is fine with it.

As long as there are people who defend the outrageous performance and they give fault to the players ,servers will never get better. Companies think only with money. If u stop paying them and keep stating a problem they will wake up and fix it. Just look at EA and Dice. They constantly speak with the playerbase via twitter ,reddit and their forum after what happened with battlefront 2.

But players like to play the white knight towards the devs for some reason in this forum and defend them with their lives. Like their money means nothing to them. This is mainly the reason i quit this game, the players.(not joking)

I haven't pvp'ed in more than a month, and last campaign I didn't even bother getting rewards on my alts. Honestly, I've accepted at this point that the game is best experienced doing pve or casually doing random storytime quests / quick event quests and logging out as soon as the fetch quests get boring. They won't be improving Cyrodiil any time soon

yep. Even though people keep commenting untill now that sometimes trials are unplayable and sometimes even dungeons have serious issues with connection. But cyrodill was never improved neither will ever be

I made a forum post yesterday that addressed the fact that ZOS's first post for 2019 was for crown store items.. but not addressing bugs, lag, mentioning new content, or updating us on the passives change. (They removed it because I was "bashing" ZOS.) Their second post is now for evolving the pokemon indrik mount during events.

Still ignoring our concerns with lag. They keep saying "we're going to make changes"- but they don't actually do it. This is all just carrots on a stick.

It’s comical at this point to think that actual care is given. It’s nothing but damage control at this point and they are losing that fight quickly. Most of us “old timers” just laugh about being disconnected or can’t switch bars as “that’s ZOS for you” or GG ZOS. This game has failed severely but the bigger picture is that it made a large player base resent and distrust any future products by ZOS or Bethesda which is far more costly than fixing a broken product. I for one will be not be jumping both feet in to tes6 as I had in Skyrim because of ESO if some of the ZOS team had any hand in it. Blizzard found this out the hard way this year with their missteps.

yea what did u expect? those kind of posts are always closed and people dont even bother to comment on. Im surprised mine has come so far
