I understood they only look at the active racial skills, so no changes for the orc crafting passive (sigh)

All our best characters will be nerfed.

At least that's what I'm expecting, based on the nerfapocalyses they've done in the past. :'( I HOPE this isn't the case, though.

I would love some sort of racial personalities. That would make races more unique. At least some different idle weapon animations. If you look at Eso's first gameplay trailer you can see there are different ones there. And that was like 4-5 years ago

I have very few thoughts on the upcoming racial changes because we have no details about it yet. My first thought is that it's unnecessary, but seeing as how it is coming whether or not I feel it's necessary, no need to follow that thought any further. Whatever they do, it'll be another "meh, this doesn't really impact how I play the game one way or another." It might impact how I play if they add additional layers that could enhance characterization and role play, but again, as we have no details about what they're doing yet, there can be no thoughts about it.

I had hoped having a mag and Stam character at max level in each class would allow me to just switch to the least nerfed as patches flow.

Now they are nerfing races......lol

TBH I'd be more comfortable with flavor based racial passives than hard stat buffs.

Race buffs should rolled into the class itself.

I'd be keen to see:

Racial 1: Flavour eg argonian swim or imperial gold gain.

Racial 2: Bonus free outfit slot for racial armor motif only.

Raxial 3: free quicktravel cost to racial zones.

Racial 4: Racial themed mount.

I suspect a nerf on Argonian and maybe redgaurd. Hoping for buffs to Nord and others. Even if Nord if it just making damage reduction stack better with protection buffs, and change health recovery from a percentage increase to a flat amount so it's worth more if you're not already stacking health recovery for some reason.

But then when people qq after launch, the PTS subforum crowd (aka the forums biggest contributors) will dismiss the complaints saying that it's old news and they don't want to hear it. Zos gets to take on one small mob at a time this way. I think it's better if absolutely everyone has a pitchfork in their paw when this gets released. Sorry, I'm specifically planning for a khajiit nerf rebellion.
