Can't deposit New Life Charity Writs!

I decided to do the event with a new character. My main character is my crafter. I am unable to deposit the charity writ into the bank or my chests. It has not been opened. It says once it's opened it cannot be traded or sold. Is this a bug or are they actually character bound?

Greysson✭✭✭✭They are not character bound. Got several writs with different chars and had no issue to put them on the bank.0 -
DiNanna63✭✭✭I've reloaded my UI, quit and came back. Still can't deposit the charity writ so my crafter can pick it up. I've put an in game ticket in, hoping it will get fixed asap!0

✭✭✭Make sure your bank isn’t full. Don’t be mad I’m pointing out the obvious- I’m only so doing because I got myself into a right tizz about being unable to put sth in bank and my ESO+ had expired causing my bank to be full, because my old debit card had expired.

✭Ok, so what I'm confused about is when you turn in the writ and get your 1 voucher, it looks just like the master writ vouchers!!! How does the game know when I have 12 charity vouchers and for that matter, how will I know if I already had some master writ vouchers on that character? I would have thought that the charity vouchers would have been a separate currency...0 -
DiNanna63✭✭✭My bank and chests have plenty of space so that's not it, although thanks for mentioning it. A trusted guild member told me to mail it to him, he'll refuse it so my crafter can get pick it up until it's fixed.1

Oh really it’s stored in writ vouchers? Well now that sucks - this are account wide though or? My crafter has like nearly 1k writ vouchers...0 -

✭✭✭✭✭It keeps track under that characters achievement tab under holiday events. Getting 12 is per character, not account so be sure to do the writs on the same character. The skin reward is for the account, son if only one of your characters does the 12 writs, all the others can still use the skin.0 -

It's not currency based. You get the skin from completing the achievement, that's tracked in your journal (on the achievements page.) The vouchers you get are just a bonus.1 -

It's not currency based. You get the skin from completing the achievement, that's tracked in your journal (on the achievements page.) The vouchers you get are just a bonus.

Try to switch all (all!) addons off, reload and deposit. Addons can cause bugs, and that not always works on a same way, so it possible to have on one and not have on another.
If it is reason, then switch on one by one and find where problem is. If not, you'll lose nothing.PC EU, @Enemoriana. Ru.
