✭✭ZO$ will always try push the price point as far as they can. We will probably see lots more items coming with a ridiculous tag for 600 gems so that eventually people will come to see 200 and 100 gem options as "bargains"!!
Unfortunately, this community gets swallowed up by this tactic every single time!

✭✭I think it looks pretty cool (no pun intended), but I don't buy crates and I already spent my free gems on other things I wanted (like tiger senche cub to go with my tiger mount and Sheo's statue). So, don't have near enough for this mount, and of course, I'm not at all incentivized to buy crates to get it. But, apparently at least one person was (see a few posts above).
But, it seems to be in line with other limited-time offers. Regular apex mounts can be purchased for 400 gems, so a limited-time apex mount is 600 gems. Regular spider mount was 3000 crowns, reskinned versions were 4000 crowns. Regular senche in the store is 1800 crowns. All limited-time ones have been at least 2500 crowns (and 4000 for the dro'Mathra senche). Also, the frost horse was 3000 crowns, well above the 900 crown price for horses at the time.1 -
