30 days playing time that came with preorder?

So by preordering the game I thought i was supposed to get the first 30 day subscription free why am I having to set up a subscription plan after 2 days of being able to play?

Alot of mmos do/had this, warhammer, conan, wow, swtor, daoc, eq, etc etc. you get your 30 days when you set up a sub, normally you can also cancel sub directly. And you still have your first 30 free days.
