Don't think there is other than abandoning the quest and retaking it. Our group got banished cells all borked up somehow yesterday, but no matter what we did we couldn't fix it. To include all of us leaving the zone and abandoning the quests. After transporting back into the zone the mobs had reappeared like it had reset, but the second we accepted the quest again it screwed up and we couldn't interact with the next npc.
