Has there been any notes done since the September version? Is the NDA preventing these notes from being published? How does the NDA effect the progress as a whole in regards to getting feedback from the player base?

It seems like it would be counterintuitive to have a NDA on a role like this as it would hinder feedback.

Hey,

Notes from our last meeting (december) are being written by ZoS and they said it should be published soon (likely later today if I had to guess).

No, the NDA has nothing to do with the notes being published. During the meeting we talked about the U20 changes and feedback, which will be published on the notes and U21 future changes, which will not be written on the notes.

How does the NDA influence this? Simple. Before the NDA, we would’ve simply talked about U20 changes and I they wouldnt talk to us about U21 update, meaning that we wouldnt be able to discuss and promote changes to things like racials before they come live.

The NDA does not affect receiving feedback in any way, shape or form. Thats not what a NDA does.

Is there an update list of Community Reps anywhere? Aware there have been some changes recently. Also areas those Reps specialise in?

@Quantum_V , does that mean that we won't be getting any insight on what you, reps, think about state of things, your opinions, views on the game's issues? Feeback will only be going in one direction, from players to you, and we won't know what your opinions were (and how they were presented to ZOS) until either notes or update itself is published?

If yes, I feel it's a little bit... less than all right, because that way, we don't have any feedback channel going to us. ZOS never communicates unless there's some uproar (and even then, seldom), and now reps are silenced too.

There isn’t an updated list. I believe Zos will talk more about that on the meeting notes!

Well, we will be giving you feedback on changes that were already announced. However, we can’t give you guys opinions on what we think about thinga that weren’t formally announced yet (like racials).

Keep in mind, however, that we Class Reps had a good degree of impact on how these racials might turn out, obviously far from everything. With that said, we will be able to discuss these changes with everyone when the PTS comes live, and debate and try to promote even more change in a feedback path that goes both ways!

I would like to see what direction they are going with racial passives. I hope it at least contains some details to add to the high level goals they stated previously.

How are they going to achieve role diversity for each race (not that I think they should, but it sounds like that is the direction they want to go)?

Is any of that in the meeting notes?

And not a single word about DKs Minor Brutality buff being as difficult to bring to the group as Warden's Toughness. Somehow, warden rep did note that warden DDs won't run that buff, while no mentioning that sDK DDs don't have a viable way to bring their minor buff.

Sounds good, seems the communication flowed well between the reps and ZOS. There were more frank replies/statements than I expected.
