Launcher Crashing

My Launcher keeps crashing and I cannot download the patch. It starts downloading, then freezes at 19%. Then windows says "This program has stopped responding".
Anyone else with this issue?

shyboo✭Close the launcher and install a free vpn (I personally used Windscribe when I had the issue with the launcher). Connect to the vpn and then start the launcher. After the launcher finishes downloading and installing the patch disconnect from the vpn so you don't eat up all the free bandwidth.-Poverty Pasta on AD/EP

shyboo✭It took me days to figure it out and once the issue started it persisted even when i tried to reinstall the game. I could install the launcher fine, but with no other game files present the launcher would keep crashing on me... turned out a vpn was what i needed all along.-Poverty Pasta on AD/EP

shyboo✭The non vpn solution for me, also, was to change the security settings on my gateway to minimum if you look in the pc support section of the forums I talk about that more... theres like a picture too and everyone loves pictures-Poverty Pasta on AD/EP

Atreidus✭✭✭The problem here is vpn.
You need a server which wont block this.
Also not secured servers/providers will be blocked. (password stealing etc. possible)Edited by Atreidus on December 11, 2018 2:28AM0
