Housing shared by characters of differing factions

If I create multiple characters, and they're not all the same faction are they still able to share housing...a character of faction 'A' going to house in city of faction 'B' won't have issues with guards/citizens?

✭✭There are no issues. Guards and citizens don't care what faction your character is outside of Cyrodiil and Imperial City.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭You won't have any issues. The only place alliance choice matters in the game is Cyrodiil for PvP.
Houses are shared across your account. It is possible to get each starter house (tavern room) for free by doing the intro quest with a character from each factions.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
