Should crit become priority or increase in base damage?

Crit outperforms raw damage in most situations. Especially if there is good aggressive warhorn uptime and nightblade hemorrhage passive.

However since you are running a DK and do not have the nightblades hemorrhage passive, weapon damage technically outperforms crit (on paper) if you have 100% uptime on major and minor brutality (earthen heart passive) as well as flawless dawnbreaker and trap beast and 0% aggressive warhorn.

But if it were me, i'd still choose crit over weapon damage in 95% of situations as long as i don't go over 70% crit.

Crit for PvE, damage for PvP.

In PvE, you have critical damage boosters that are easily obtainable such as Rearming Trap and Aggressive Horn.

In PvP, these critical damage boosters are a lot more difficult to get and your opponent will most likely have critical resistance which makes it worse.
