Honestly don't.... They can be effective but you need to really master the class now with the changes.
Just roll a stamblade, low start ceiling as very effective builds for beginner and high ceiling as you learn the class and play style you can tailor with ease to be even better.

ya listen to the post about not running sorc. Its not an competitive class this patch and likely wont be until it sees some major improvements. You can try but they really arnt in a good place for pvp. This is coming from a magsorc main.
