There's still cheating too. I have proof I sent to the Devs. They are looking into it.

Devs dont look into anything lmoa, I have evidence that none of the devs care about bugs or exploits

Will throw my opinion in, for what its worth.. From someone who only PVP's and has also recently almost stopped playing (dropped from 2-3 hours every night to maybe an hour a week).

The dev's don't seem to know what they want Cyro to be.

Basically we see change after change which encourage zerging, whether in the form of skill changes or AP gains for captures etc.. They *seem* to be pushing us to the strategic play.
But nothing is done about the lag to make it playable - or the off-peak capping that makes playing for the campaign win completely pointless on the main EU server. This makes the large-scale strategic play both pointless and frustrating.

Its like when governments throw more and more tax onto car/petrol use to try to get you to use public transport instead - but the public transport is packed, unreliable, expensive and takes 3 times longer than driving... TRY ATTRACTING PEOPLE TO WHAT YOU WANT INSTEAD OF REPELLING THEM FROM WHAT THEY HAVE NO CHOICE TO DO!

So experienced people gravitate to small-scale groups (groups because solo is too hard).. These guys often prey on anyone who they can coax from their zerg - mostly the new and inexperienced pvpers.. This points me to another thread:
    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/448272/how-eso-killed-pvp#latest

Its easy for us Vets to forget how steep the PVP learning curve is in this game - especially in relation to surviving. Its the new players who come in, make the mistake of getting 'pulled', and are instantly burst down - and just as quickly put off PVP.

Combined, Old players are sick of the lag, sick of the lack of campaign objective, sick of the zerg-friendly changes - and are bit by bit leaving the game.
New PvPers are sick of the lag above, and of instantly getting killed with no chance to fight back by the sheer amount of small-scale groups out there now. So the flow of new players coming into PVP has all but stopped.

Basically the main source of all this is:
    1) Performance
    2) No reason to fight (due to nightcapping)

Fix these and the other problems will lessen a lot.
But I think we all know now that they won't be fixed.. We've all been vocal enough about them over the last 3 years - so it makes sense that people have lost any hope that they will ever be fixed and even the most optimistic are now calling it a day because of that.. no more hope.

    Minalan owes me a beer.

    is dead for me.
    who likes loading screens?
who likes a lame 2014 horse simulator?
    who likes dying to lag?
who likes dying to new patch treats like proc sets or master bleeds?

i've had my fun with eso. the fun factor went down to 0 so i moved on.

Dead because it was idiotic in the extreme to attempt a large scale PVP system as end game for an Elder Scrolls title .

    No, dead because performance sucks.

They need to just turn off scoring in all the Campaigns and give an equal reward to each Alliance at this point if their not going to do anything to balance player population.

When one side (EP) routinely has 1-2 bars more than the other side and most of the better players have faction hopped to that side it's no longer a Campaign, just an AP farm with no competition and a blowout score at the end of 30 days.

Last year Vivec was pop locked for all three Alliances and I never thought it would happen but it too has become just another buff server on PS4 NA. Shor used to have 2+ bars on each Alliance and now it's completely dead outside a handful of players night capping.

Well once you hit grand overlord and have emp title what point is there to pvp anymore?

So All its needed to motivate you is a carrot on a stick huh.. Add that to all your other posts in this thread it goes to show everyone what you really are I guess.

ESO PvP is in a healthy state
I am from Mexico and play in PC EU (I was a noob that didn't know about latency when I started playing) so I play at times when the server is almost empty and I never spend more than 8 minutes in a BG queue.

So unless there are servers much emptier than EU when it's 5 am midweek in Germany I am calling your screenshots ***!

Or you just can't recognize when you're experiencing a bug and not actually queuing.

Have You ever heared about time zones ? 5 a.m in germany doesnt mean it's 5 a.m for everyone that plays on EU server and if there isnt much players queued BG matchmaker will match anyone who is online and in queue and that lowers match requirements by a lot so ironically sometimes it's easier for BG group finder to find group especially for people with high MMR at 5 a.m then at 5 p.m. Aslo saying that game PvP is in healthy state because there is 12 players in BG queue at 5 a.m seems to be kinda farfetched theory.

    ESO PvP is dying
I would say the spirit of ESO PvP is certainly dying. A lot of the fun and variety in this game is slowly being sucked out.

PvP right now feels flavourless with fights often decided purely by numbers or by who has the strongest items or class. No matter how familiar you are with the game and your class, that stamblade with bleeds and procs will beat you if they have a basic understanding of the game.

Solo play has become tedious, especially on classes that lack the right tools for it. When solo you will often find yourself being aggressively chased by much larger numbers who will not engage you until they have 10 players with them. These players will likely be MUCH faster than you due to mobility being heavily nerfed with the exception of Rapid Manoeuvres, which only a larger group can effectively run.

Campaign results do not matter to the vast majority of players since most campaigns will be decided by one faction having vastly larger numbers during a certain time. PC EU Vivec is a prime example of this where the map has been taken often by 30 players against around 3 between the hours of 3:00am and 10:00gmt when the map is not populated.

Right now the biggest killer for me is the rampant plague upon non CP PvP in the form of proc/bleed builds.
I personally have a build that I save for such players that can reach 6-7k dmg ticks on combined bleed ticks before any abilities are taken into account. Now imagine a defile on top of that, or Incapacitating Strike which empowers the dmg even further with a free defile. Such a thing removes fair play from the table.
    PLEASE. NERF. BLEEDS.

Edit: The bleed ticks I mentioned are non crit.

I often feel the lowest population faction is the canary to tell you there's a problem and it was well past 9pm EST tonight and DC was still not pop locked.
