Nirnroot Wine is a reward from a PvP quest in Cyrodiil.
The quest itself is quite easy - it just involves collecting stuff.

But I'm puzzled by the 'reward' I got, a bottle of the wine itself.
Can someone explain it's purpose? It's an unending supply of 'getting drunk'. As far as I can see it offers no buffs, has a temporary self-immobilise effect and has no cash value. Is it just junk?
