Arctic Blast needs a better Heal over Time to compensate

Now that the skill was stripped of its damage completely, the self heal part of it needs to be better to compensate. 30% instant with 20% over 10 seconds up from 15% and 10% seems fair enough to keep it a desirable spot on our bar.

I believe that someone found a bug with this, its not being affected properly by the healing buff Champions Points.

I would love for this to have a Heal that scales off Max Health and a DoT that scales with Max Magicka like how Crystalised Slab works.

Taking heal off blast is optional
That projectile can also do normal damage or apply the dot field on the enemy. Also optional.
Blast will become a dps tool in both pvp and pve adding more variety to warden while also giving them a stun that is worth slotting. Tanks can now really use polar wind not only to heal themselves and an ally but to also provide chilled in an aoe and to contribute to damage

Only if all healing is nerfed by 80% and resto staff gets a passive boosting it back to current levels. You know, so that vigor isn't an "I win" button for DDs.

this doesnt solve the healing issue brought up in the thread. BUT you can increase polar's heal with it as it will now be the de-facto tank morph.

I would like this stun to be removed and added to perhaps growing swarm or bursting vines. 2 really interesting and unique options. However, we have to make suggestions that keep their vision while pushing our own. If this was to be inplemented. I would also wish for a buff to polar wind's heal. But the essentials come first. And that would fix the entire skill line.
