I believe that someone found a bug with this, its not being affected properly by the healing buff Champions Points.

I would love for this to have a Heal that scales off Max Health and a DoT that scales with Max Magicka like how Crystalised Slab works.

Taking heal off blast is optional
That projectile can also do normal damage or apply the dot field on the enemy. Also optional.
Blast will become a dps tool in both pvp and pve adding more variety to warden while also giving them a stun that is worth slotting. Tanks can now really use polar wind not only to heal themselves and an ally but to also provide chilled in an aoe and to contribute to damage

@ZOS Someone literally did all the work for you. Just make this happen, please.

this doesnt solve the healing issue brought up in the thread. BUT you can increase polar's heal with it as it will now be the de-facto tank morph.
