New Life Festival vs. New Life House - who will survive???

Apologies as always if others have raised this but I haven't seen anything so...

Dear ZoS - when the new life festival launches there is normally a period of 2-4 days where trying to get to a certain area of Eastmarch can lead to severe lag and timeouts as everyone madly does their however many dailies. It's been pretty brutal.

Now someone on the housing team has decided to place the entry/exit point to the snowglobe in this same already overloaded area...

Has anyone taken into account how these two factors will interact over those busy few days and have you laid in extra mods to deal with all the 'I Paid real money for this house and I can't actually enter or leave by the front door gimme stuff!!!!1!' posts?

Most people will probably use their collection window to port to the snow globe, so I don't think that will add much to any over-crowding. I like to click on it for the cool animation but during the event I'll be more focused on the quests and not going in and out of my home.

So hopefully it won't be an issue.

You can be sure someone's going to knock it right off the table and break it. Then drunken festival-goers will be slipping on the fake snow and suing you. And I doubt homeowner's insurance covers things like that.

And then what happens when thousands of paralell versions of the house materialise all at the same time?? Carnage that’s what!

Not to worry, people will probably just port to Fungal Grotto.

Have you checked the policy's small print?

Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

No, because I'm sure that costs crowns, too.
