When leveling skill tooltip not upadting until traveling to another instance

So I noticed when I level a skill and it’s ready to morph, I check in the skill menu but the skill has made no progress and is unable to do so. In order to fix this problem you have to travel to another instance and it will update the skill progression.

I've done reload UI many times at the end of a dungeon while levelling alts.
The Skills menu still sticks and shows no progress on skill xp, and doesn't let me morph. I gotta actually travel out to get it done.PC-NA Goat - Bleat Bleat Baaaa1 -
