Except, now, you can't buy these crates. Used to be, if you purchased something through the Twitch Fuel Bar, the streamer (theoretically) got a cut, and you got an Ouroboros Crate, but Twitch removed the Fuel Bar, so the one reliable way to get Ouroboros crates vanished with it.
If you didn't get the mount or pet, too late now.

I suspect that a number-cruncher said that players are getting too many free Gems. Free Gems translate into potentially fewer crate purchases. To address this, the drop rate of getting a free crate was reduced substantially.

It's barely enough gems though, each crate contains like what 3-4 gems
