✭If you are talking about the reduction of stealth damage received, this was removed from the skill a long time ago. Increased stealth attack damage was removed in the same patch.
I don't play much atm, but during the two hours I was online yesterday I didn't notice any change to the stun prevention part of Radiant Magelight.
