Summerset merchant with flame atro horse?

I was just questing in Summerset and I found a wandering merchant walking around and he had a flame atro horse following him..has anyone seen that before? I had to take a double look lol I've only seen merchants with regular old horses never a crown store horse. Wonder how many crates he had to open to get it

✭✭✭✭✭I've seen him numerous times. Horse's name is Amber. I don't remember the merchant's name. Also don't remember if he's man or mer. More logical he's Altmer, but I really don't know for sure (oh, @BlazingDynamo says he's Altmer, thanks!)
