question regarding DLC features

so I was poking around under Journal>Achievements>Morrowind and found the 'skyshard hunter' achievement.. noticed that under a few other sub categories - but not all. Question, is that info available for all stories, regions etc, or just the few? am I looking in the wrong place, etc?

✭✭✭✭It's for all zones. Any that are not DLC/chapter zones will be found in Character>Skyshards.
