So I just hit Lv10 on a new toon to level up, and I went into Cyrodiil to get the Assault/Support leveled up a bit. But....I NEVER GOT THE SKILL LINES! I DID THE INTRO TO CYRODIIL QUEST TO GET EASY EXP AND AP AND THE SKILL LINES NEVER TRIGGERED. SO NOW I HAVE NO WAY TO GET THEM!
