Extend Undaunted Celebration for Tickets for those that can't Login?

Hello ESO/ZOS,

Will you be extending Undaunted Celebration so that those of us who cannot log in since the patch will be able to get our tickets?

Please dont. Instead end this event early an no more events so we can play. Every year, every event is this bs. Why do them at all if they can't.

Just extend it in general because of the combination of login problems, loading screens not ending and the dungeon finder not working.

It should be extended, yes.

However.. I also firmly believe it's time for server hardware upgrades, and game optimizations in general.

I mean it still uses the DX9 API.. allowing those of us with it to use DX12 would be a tremendous improvement on its own.. for the client side of things, anyway.

I'd give up a year or two worth of "content" updates for them to just FIX things that have existed since launch, like this small memory leak that slows the game down as you play it for long periods.

It would be nice to see the daily rewards and event for tickets extended.

I actually enjoy the events and look forward to them. It is just unfortunate when there are login issues, etc. that impede the ability to participate.

It's highly unlikely, based on past events with similar problems, but yes it would be a nice thing for them to do.

End it. I deleted my feathers, don’t want the mount. Please, ZOS, don’t extend it. Keep your compensation. These “events” just...disappoint. I won’t be doing New Life or any other.

I’ve found a measure of enjoyment from ESO and I’m trying desperately to maintain my overall happiness while playing. You’re buggy events are not helping.

Server hardware is likely not needed and probably not going to fix anything.

The issues with ESO are pretty much due to coding and maybe a little of how the servers are actually setup.

Without a doubt the GF issue is totally about code and of course total negligence for over a year.

We do not know why Steam is a persistently reoccurring issue, if it is Zos or Steam though Zos' track record is rather stained from launch to today due to poor management.

As for ceasing new content for a year, that proved to be a horrid mistake when Zos did that before. A great many left the game after no meaningful content was added for over 6 months and Zos announced it would be more than 6 more months before anything would be added. All to get the game ready for consoles. Another poor management decision.

But Zos need to take ownership of both of the major issues and figure out how to handle it so players are not left hanging. While I doubt it will happen, but maybe Zos will learn from this that if you do a half ass job it will come back and bite you and Zos is certainly doing a half ass job.

It would be better to give people some free boxes because from Zenimax perspective an extension would mean that all players get much more items than planned. And also the dungeon finder troubles will go on.
From a player perspective it means that dungeon finder for just doing pledges or dungeons normally is blocked. The drop rates of items besides motif pages is very bad anyway. I know nobody personally who got a mount, house or costume. And the motif pages already falling in price so you cant make profit with them anymore in the extension.

To sum it up: Extension would be only more disappointment.

Besides that.. For me the cooldown is really anyoing. It forces you to play to certain times. Why cant it just be daily? I am happy when it ends.

Well, even though I wasn't affected enough for it to be an issue (yeah, couldn't log in for a while, and instead of posting about the patch etc. I wrote some on a book, and made stew for dinner, washed my hair, and helped husband put up outdoor Christmas lights), I would encourage ZOS to make the big gesture and provide some compensation to those for whom this event was a big deal.

Nope. I don't want or need anything. If you go that direction, ZOS, give whatever you might have sent me to someone else.

this again...no no more extended events...u get by far more than enough tickets so stop focusing on events and focus on fixes...
