How to participate the Undaunted celebration?

First day the event started I was unable to enter random dungeon, today morning I wasn't able to login due servers maintenance, right now servers are online but I am a Steam user and cannot logon because of server connection timeout. To be honest I'm disappointed.

✭✭I dont even bother with events anymore. Every year, every event the same bs.
Events supposed to bring more fun, rewards, more ppl in the game and whatever. Instead of that we get more bugs, more lag, more aggravation.
I treat event weeks as long maintenance when servers are down and play other games. They should stop all the events if they are not capable doing them. Why punish customers several times a year.0
