Progress bar of skills not showing progress in real time

As the title says. Progress is filled only after /reloadui, relogging and certain amount of time. Quite annoying bug as you cannot see it in real time how much you need for next level. :-/ People say it's been like that since the WW patch.

Yeah it has been there since WW. Just lose hope on this one since anything that /reloadui fixes it's left untouched. They might fix this and break two other things1 -

✭Still not fixed. A note about reaching the next level is still faster than the bars. They do get stuck at some point, until zone change.0 -

✭On some occasions, newly acquired skills level nicely and then some of their bars just bug out.0 -

✭This is not only a cosmetic bug.
New characters that level so many skills and morphs can do it while being in a dungeon. With this bug it's totally not possible to morph your new skill unless using /reloadui, even when you get the message that your new skill is ready to be morphed. And /reloadui can take a while, while the group won't wait.
So please @ZOS_GinaBruno make your time to fix this annoying progress delay.0
