No Event Tickets since the patch this morning

Since the patch this morning I've run a random dungeon on 7 characters, each got a Mysterious Reward Box but not one got any event tickets off the end boss. I mentioned that in one of my guilds and a few people were noticing the same thing. Not sure how wide spread this problem is but at least a few people have encountered it.

✭✭✭✭✭I was able to get event tickets just now - on PC EU. So they're not disabled.
If I remember correctly there's 2 different timers for this event - one is a daily reset at a fixed time and one is every 20 hours, but I can't remember which was round it goes. Because the final dungeon boss gives 3 tickets,
the result for me was that I also received no ticket,
not even one that would fill up the last of the 12 slots.0 -
Chuck_Finley✭✭✭No I have 6/12, I think this is just a random bug that started up today. A few more in my guilds said the same thing happened to them. I've also noticed someone asking about it in zone.0

That's stupid. The developers couldn't even bother to code up a simple test to award partial tickets for people with a current count of 10 or 11. It is minor programming things like this that make me wonder if anyone at ZOS has any idea how to design and develop products.2 -

Why is that stupid?
Players who are currently at 10/12 and 11/12 tickets should buy their Onyx feather if they haven't already done so. If they have, this event's objective is complete ... not to mention being well ahead of most players in their ticket count.
But I suppose players will complain about literally anything ... even 1 or 2 tickets that can be made up in the New Life Festival.1 -

Because it is just careless and sloppy programming when there is space available to not fill all 12 slots. I already have the three feathers. As it appears event tickets will be used in the future events as well I figured I would max out my tickets now for the next feather and max the tickets again to be saved for the next event.0 -
