Can you say what role you are Queueing for, it makes it easier for ZOS to know all the factors.
I can say that when I queue as DPS then my wait is long but when I go as my tank or healer it's less than a minute queue. Yes they are real tanks and healers.

The main issue with finder atm is when you are actually in a group. The ready check bugs out.
It progresses to 'forming group' and then you recieve an error message saying 'someone declined' and you are either put to the front of the queue or removed from finder completely.
Doesnt matter what you are qqing as.2 -

Yes I did it my prime time on my server, 6 pm - 11pm EST. I really wish people would not assume that I had not read or followed what the complaints are.
Anytime you have an issue, the more information that can be given the better service in getting it addressed. I want the issue to be fixed for everyone, hence why I am suggesting they add more info than just saying it's broke.1 -

You will encounter the bug at some point. They already know about the problem but it never seems to ever be fixed. Quite frankly doing what you suggest seems pointless.1 -

✭It doesn't matter. All roles are borked. I know. I've queued all roles with exactly the same results. Same with my wife.
The role makes no difference in the borking, other than... NORMALLY... my tanks queue nearly instantly and my healers queue within a minute.0 -

Should I also include class, character name and stuff I'm wearing in my forum post? Because they have as much influence over this bug as role does.
People were not "just saying it's broke". There have been detailed descriptions, attempts to reproduce, video montages, and all that stuff in the relevant threads in the bug report forum for the last months.0 -

Lack of detailed information isn't the issue here. This problem has been around a very long time. ZOS are aware of this problem. They ran a dungeon event last year to gather data to assess the problem.
I understand your sentiment on this but you have to understand peoples frustration on this. The group finder has been bugged for years, ZOS knew it but ran an event based on this bugged tool and dangled rewards that everyone knew would become locked behind an inaccessible group finder. You must appreciate that the info and helping moments have all been done by this community and now people are just frustrated and venting at what they feel was a poorly thought out event given the known issuesAll my housing builds are available on YouTube

A mistake everyone makes is assuming something isn't an issue just because they are having no problems. Unfortunately, others are and your own personal experience doesn't change that fact.0
