Launcher not running on Mojave

Held off upgrading to Mojave until ESO said it was compatible with it. Apparently Mirkmire is so finally upgraded to Mojave. Checked everything and clicked on the launcher to play the game.
Nothing. No dock bounce, no dot below the app. Clicked again and it said that I couldn’t run the launcher as it wasn’t responding. Waited 10 minutes and clicked again. Same message. Rebooted and same.
I can open the actual game without the launcher but that’ll mean that any updates will be missed.
And help appeciated. iMac 5k with 32gb ram and 2gb graphics. Everything worked fine on High Sierra. Rather not have to go backwards as that’s a PITA.

Deleted all that I could see an find of ESO Off my mac. Ran a system clean (Onyx) to clear preferences and cache files.
Restarted Mac.
Went to website and redownloaded installer. Ran installer. The green bar went really fast and said installed within 10 seconds.
Went to desktop icon and nothing. The launcher should have started up and loaded the rest of the files and then run the game. Went and checked what was running and only finder was running. Double clicked the launcher again and it came up with the same error of already running: only allowed one instance.
Opened up the launcher app and terminal. Set directory to the launcher and run the launcher app via the terminal. Same thing, nothing.
HELP!
Please fix the launcher. I’ve run out of ideas now to get the thing to run under Mojave.
Anyone with ideas as to something obvious I’m missing, let me know.0
