Timer for event tickets during Undaunted celebration

Please can someone clarify if the timer for event tickets is 6am gmt for the UK as it says in the blurb on the website about event, or every 20 hours as it says on the Help/info pages in game?
I know it was 20hours during the witches festival and that was a nightmare so I am hoping that the website is right & more up to date.

(I know the mystery box timer is every 20 hours- just want to check about tickets)

    Have managed to answer my own question it seems!

    Did first dungeon for event yesterday about 10pm gmt. Got event tickets & box.

    Did dungeon this morning (less than 20 hours) and got today’s event tickets. So website must be correct & event tickets reset at 6am gmt every day.

    Boxes are the ones on 20 hour timer.

    Tickets reset at 1:00 AM EST for the entire ACCOUNT

    Boxes reset after 20 hours per CHARACTER (basically if your "random" has purple rewards, and the big XP buff, you're good. If it's blue, you won't get one)

    Dungeon finder is to get the gift box. That's on 20 hour timer per character.

    Tickets drop from any final boss you kill for the first time that day, resets account wide with the daily quest reset. I just went solo into FG1 yesterday and got my tickets for the day before going through the dungeon finder.

    The event tickets reset at 6 am GMT and are once per account per day

    The reward boxes are per character and are on a 20 hour cooldown from the last time that character did a daily random dungeon

    Boxes = Randon normal purple = 20h
    Tickets = Daily quests

    got my (another 3, and 3 yesterday) this morning with no prob

    You get the 3 event tickets by the final boss of any dungeon. I did it in Normal Fungal Grotto I yesterday. And yeah, its every 20 hours

    I'm not sure about the timer. I got my 3 tickets from the first dungeon this morning at 10am GMT. No mystery box though.

    2nd and 3rd dungeon, still no mystery box. Submitted a bug -- not expecting any response :smile:

    Event started at 1500 GMT. So I did the first dungeon today 19 hours after the event started. But the tickets were rewarded.

    Confused.

    Or are there 2 separate timers? Do the tickets rest on a global timer, and the boxes on an individual one like horse training?

    Just run the daily dungeon once a day, when purple text appears related to rewards, and it's all fine.

    I can confirm that the tickets are not affected by the 20 hour timer, just by the daily reset time. I got three tickets last night at ten and three more this morning at ten.
