Character Reordering

So I noticed they recently implemented character reordering, which is awesome. But, the order in which I sort them in doesn't stay the same the next time I log in. 
However, I also have the PC version and it does stay ordered on there. Is that just a bug, or is the Xbox version not able to retain the character order?
