(REFUND) I really did try. 8 Betas. Early Access. Forums. Game is pretty hard broke for many.

For me, being an OCD Quester, this game is broken. Very broken. I don't know if it's your phasing architecture, quest spawn point coding, or what it is, but quests are broke. Progression quests specifically.

First, it was the Anchors of the Harbor quest, where Aelif would get stuck in mid-something.

There were more following that, logging in and out and in and out and in and out to try and get things to work.

The newest one, however, takes the cake.

Unsafe Haven - The Ritual. It's broken. Has been broken for a long time.

So, there's my reference code up top. I'd like a full refund, and maybe I'll see you again in six months if you can fix your beautiful lore driven but broken game.

Although you do have consumer statutory rights, unless they specifically state in the terms and conditions that the game will be bug free I suspect they have liable clause to not issue a refund. You'd have to pursue legal actions, unless they are kind enough to issue a refund.
