Why add the Naryu outfit, but not the personality?

I almost bought the costume assuming that the personality was included. Luckily I looked at the details and noticed it wasn't. Why add the goggles and outfit, but not the brassy assassin personality? I wish we had more personality packs in the game.

IIRC, there were, originally three items in the store. The Hairstyle "Adorable Assassin," the personality, "Brassy Assassin," and the costume bundle. The bundle includes the costume itself, and a pair of goggles that, as far as I can remember, are never seen anywhere else.
Either way, it is a bit disappointing that the other two parts of that didn't come back with the sale, but @laereal's correct, the personality wasn't part of the bundle.0 -
laereal✭✭I do hope the hair and personality come back though, i know some people have been waiting for all the naryu stuff to return since they were only available for such a short amount of time originally. The costume pack finally being available recently has made me optimistic that they will also come back eventually.0

I expect it's just a bit of loss-leader pricing. People who bought the costume at a discount are now likely to buy the wig and personality at full price.PC EU0 -

This is not what "loss-leader" pricing means. Those assets were already created, there's no appreciable overhead on selling them again.0
