Housing achievements?

Are the achievements for placing “x” number of furnishing types for one residence or is it across all owned residences?
I only ask this because I had just started decorating a new home and the achievement for lighting decorations splashed across my screen after I had only placed a few lights. I thought it was odd since the achievement states “in a home” which makes me think it’s for a single home.
My memory on this may completely suck and I may or may not have been smoking something. Anyway, I just thought I’d ask as I was kinda sorta starting to get serious about housing achievements due to the free Psijic Villa we got a while back. Thanks all!!

Junipus✭✭✭✭✭It is for a single home. However you can use pre-existing items from current homes and place them in new ones to reach the target e.g. you have 20 conservatory items placed by 3 characters but buying/crafting another 30 and placing all 50 in a new house will count towards the achievement.
This I can confirm as my villa is a dumping ground for multiple bed rolls and stacks of firewood.The Legendary Nothing5
