Battlegrounds Question

I've decided to temporarily leave Cyrodiil and give Battlegrounds a try. Are the modes random or do you get to choose which mode you want? Thanks!

It works like the Dungeon Finder: You can choose a random one, or you can queue for a specific mode.

Also, like dungeons, your daily reward is tied to using the random function.

Just like dungeon group finder you can select specific or do your daily random which puts you into whatever mode is available when your queue comes up. I find most people in random PUGs have a good sense of how to execute the objective.
