So is there some sort of Undaunted event or am I missing something?

    I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

    Does it require you to accept the daily undaunted quests? Or just go into any undaunted dungeon and complete it?

    Since the Tickets drop from the final dungeon boss and not from turning in a pledge, it's safe to assume you don't need a pledge

    It's the daily random queue. You can grab pledges and hope for the best, but if you go into a specific dungeon it won't count (IIRC).
