Is it worth putting bloodthirsty on my jewellery to buff the execute skill in PvP or an I best sticking with arcane?

Bloodthirsty is giving up your healing strength, shield strength & damage pre execute for a little extra damage on your last hit of the fight. In pvp when someone hits execute range they turtle up anyway so they're basically dead already.

It's not worth it in PVP. It works in PVE because bosses remain in execute range for a much longer period of time.

In PVP, if a target is in execute range, especially using impale, it will die in one skill usage. Doing 5000 damage vs 5500 damage won't make a difference, 99% of the cases. (usually hits for more too)
