All your gear should be gold, especially staff/weapons
.
Your cp is completely jacked.
You should have:
66 master at arms
27 elemental expert
~56 for the crit dmg one
~50-60 for penetration
Some in staff expert
IMO if you put any in thaumaturge you want 75 or nothing & since I don’t think you can set bosses off balance I chose nothing
I would swap necro for amberplasm or bright throats & use all infused spell dmg glyphs on jewelry
Maybe try either atro mundus if you need sustain or if not use spell penetration mundus (lover mundus)
I haven’t done pve in a while so I’m not sure about siroria & zann, do you think that’s a better combo than scathing & molag kena? Or maybe do siroria & skoria?
Heavy attacking is seldom a big source of damage. I run almost the same gear as you on my pet sorc, but I have a siroria lightning staff instead of necro to have 5 necro all time (which you should have), and backbar maelstrom lightning which you should absolutely get if you want higher HA damage.
Take a look at your champion points as well, you need more in thaumaturge and master at arms.
A lot of crappy advises in this thread, only thing you need to gold out is your weapons, and I wouldn't gold out the julianos staff if I didn't plan to use the whole set. Necro is king on pet sorc so don't swap it out, and Siroria is probably the best damage set if not using spell strategist, and that set is both situational and over priced at the moment. So gear wise you are fine except from maelstrom staff (and I would use siroria lightning instead of necro). Arcane is also BiS trait on pet sorc so don't change that. You get higher damage with Zaan on the dummy, but in real situations you would most likely benefit more from Ilambris since a pet sorc often is ranged and has the AoE.

Questions:
1. What's your rotation
2. Why are you using max mag & stam food?
3. Are you using potions? (Should be using spell damage, spell crit, restore mag, mag regen)
4. Are you weaving?
Suggestions:
1. Swap the crusher enchant back bar to a shock one, also swap the staff to another necro staff, you want the 5pc active at all times unless you have a vMA staff.
2. CP wise put 75 into thaum, drop master at arms a couple & spell erosion a little to up staff expert.
3. Try Ilambris monster set, Zaan wont proc much on a heavy attack build.
4. Drop bastian CP, it's basically useless now since shields are capped to 40/50% max health
Remember jump points, you want CP to be as low to a whole number as possible since it always rounds down. Note: If 51 in a tree gives exactly 19% you will have to put another in as it will still round down to 18%.

Answers to Questions:
1) WoE -> LL -> Familiar -> Swap -> D. Prey -> Swap -> 1x or 2x HA depending on magicka
2) Honestly, it was what I can afford at purchase. But I thought pet damage scales with max magicka
3) No pots during that parse..
4) No, not weaving.. maybe because I am using a gamepad.
Thank you for your suggestions @Sparr0w , I'll definitely do them. And, yes, I should have already replaced my back bar weapon. I'll definitely do that.
Best regards,

Ok, I'd always stick to 2 heavy attacks if you're just using 1 pet. Make sure you always heavy attack on your front bar, cast blockade and LL from your back bar. My rotation is
LL > la > Blockade > swap > la > Curse > la > PET > HA x2
which isn't the best but nets 40k+ consistently. Another rota I've seen but not tested is:
LL > la > Blockade > swap >ha > Curse > ha > PET > la > SKILL
with the skill being another DOT if you use one.
Yeah pet scales with max magicka, however shields and survival scale with your max health, I'd definitely pick up blue max magicka/health food, it's fairly cheap. The one I use is Melon-Baked Parmasan Pork.
Potions are basically essential for higher dps (although pricey, so may want to slot Surge for the spell damage buff).
Also highly advise learning weaving, getting one light attack and one skill off per second, or very close to. It's a free 5-10k dps and after a while becomes natural, also it will proc Zaan a lot more frequently. Alcast and T3hasiangod both have really good videos on this.
The build I'd personally use is: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Special:EsoBuildData?id=99596 When you get closer to max CP you can up all blue trees & the last couple CP use to put thaumaturge to 81.
I use Boundless on the front bar ^ but that is a flex slot, can put another DoT there, or Surge for Major Sorcery (spell damage buff) and a heal.

Ok @Sparr0w , I'll try these out, specially the change in rotation. May I ask what is the logic behind casting blockade and LL from back bar and doing HA in front?

Managed to do 27K+, self-buffed, no pots, but this time with LA weaving. Did away with siroria as well. I guess I'm content with this for now. After reading so much about sorcs, I've come to the realization that they are not the best single-target damage dealers.
Thank you all for your help because I have managed to do 30K+ DPS.
