All tho Zerging is you easy its also a massive lag feast I should be made that if you are in a ball group or based of the number of people in you group close together is should scale that you take more damage and deal less based off how condensly packed the group is the group is

    i agree with this and support this type of ideas.
    long ago i suggested similar to this and i still support that today.
    even made a thread about it.

    Next patch, maybe ZOS should fix the lag instead.

    You know, given that Cyrodiil is designed for large scale combat over objectives and groups of 2 to 24 players.

    Perhaps what's needed is a message that appears when you queue for Cyrodiil:

    "WARNING: You are entering a war zone with armies and such. If facing more than 4 enemies at a time annoys you, Click Here"

    If you click here, you are sent to Battlegrounds instead.

    In cyrodiil individuals can leave the area without a 15min debuff before rejoining another battle, in battlegrounds it is get farmed or put in the time out corner.

    The idea would punish the smaller group the most. Well organized groups would just split up into smaller groups and it would be illogical to suggest someone should take more damage just because they were near a large group. Otherwise it would suggest none of us should play together in an MMORPG.

    Stop crying, ballgroups/guildraids win because they are on voice com and know how to cooperate. Its the same with good smallscaler groups. Dont se why one should punish those who know how to play well.

    That is not true. The chance to get a premade is around 5% according to me.

    I encourage ZoS to put an identifier for people who are in a group before the battlegrounds, so there is no false acquisitions.
    I received so many whispers that I am in a premade with the team when we are all PUGs.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno , @ZOS_RobGarrett Can you add symbol to the players who are in a premade group in the battlegrounds on the stats page?

    Zerglings are like an annoying pest to the game. Zergs cause tremendous lag. Since zos refuses to fix it might as well just split the Zergs and make a penalty like less AP received the larger the group. Or less damage/healing done.
    But of course zerglings will get mad at that idea because the idea of actually having to be a skilled player and not get carried by 23 others scare them. Sorry truth hurts.
    Don’t say eso was designed for large scale combat when people DC every 5 seconds, and have 1 FPS being in a large zerg fest.

    Again, this would only hurt the pug groups. Your well organized guilds can easily work around this as they would just split into a few smaller groups. Zos would not punish a player because they happened to be near a large group.

    Find a good small group to run with. There is not much that is better than taking a small group of 6-8 players and wrecking a 20+ pug group.

    Are you complaining that many players mostly not in a group are moving to were there is a fight? Its numbers that produces lag. If you mean guildraids/ballgroups, its clear that you have no idea of the training needed to form a good ballgroup.

    Cyrodiil was designed for large scale combat.

    One of the main aspects that zos promoted in eso was the ability to have large scale wars. Trying to get rid of zergs defeats the purpose of cyrodiil. The complaints are what made them create battlegrounds. If you are still complaining about groups then zos will probably never make you happy.

    True. But that does not mean punish players for attacking and defending keeps.
